Govt rejects media report claiming RBI to ban 5, 10 and 100 rupees notes

Government has rejected a media report which claims that the RBI has decided to ban 5, 10 and 100 rupees notes after March this year.

Press

Information Bureau termed the report as fake. It clarified that RBI has not made any such announcement.
