4.57 lakh metric ton of pulses dispatched to States, UTs under PMGKY

Under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana about 4.57 Lakh Metric Ton of pulses have been dispatched to the States and Union Territories.

Out of this, 1.78 Lakh Metric Ton of pulses have been distributed to around 13 crore 40 lakh



beneficiaries.

Government had announced that all the beneficiary ration cardholders will receive a kilogram of free pulses per month for three months till June under the 1 lakh 70 thousand crore Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana.
