All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) president and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi demanded Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman to bring some clarity on the Rafale deal. “It is a matter of serious concern. The deal was fixed after the then Prime Minister of India and President of France finalised it.

When one person is making a statement, the other person is wrong. It is important for the country to know who stands where,” he said.

He further asked what would happen to the fight against corruption. “A company that has not made even the wheel of an aircraft gets the contract, it is a matter of concern,” he said. Now the people of the country have come to know the truth, he said.
