In Bihar by-election AIMIM candidate Mr.Qamrul Hoda has won from the Kishanganj consituency.
Bharatiya Janata Party nominee Sweety Singh has lost to All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) candidate Qamrul Hoda in Kishanganj seat of Bihar.
