All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen(AIMIM) Floor leader and MLA of Chandrayangutta constituency Akbaruddin Owaisi allocated more fund by extending his support in distributing relief material to around 4000 needy families across Chandrayangutta constituency amidst the extension of nation-wide lockdown.

April witnessed a steady rise in coronavirus cases in Telangana. On April 1, the total number of cases was 109 with 88 active cases, 14 discharged and 7 fatalities.

By April 21, the State witnessed 819 more cases, which increased the total number of positive cases to 928, out of which 194 patients recovered and were discharged while the number of fatalities went up to 23. On an average, every day between April 1 and 21, health authorities reported 39 coronavirus cases.
