UP woman gives birth in e-rickshaw as ambulance dint reach on time

Lucknow: Woman gave birth in e-rickshaw while on her way to the hospital yesterday, reached hospital on the same vehicle allegedly after ambulance didn't reach her

after delivery

Post delivery, she reached the hospital boarding the same vehicle as the ambulance allegedly did not reach on time.
