TSRTC signs MoU with TSREDCO to install Solar PV plant

The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) has signed a MoU with Telangana State Renewable Energy Development Corporation Ltd (TSREDCO) on Friday to install a Solar PV plant in TSRTC.

TSRTC officials said that they have already contacted TSREDCO officials and discussed modalities of Solar PV roof top



systems.

“Joint inspection of sites was conducted by TSRTC and TSREDCO. It is estimated that the total capacity of 5MW of solar power can beharnessed,throughthe available roof top area.The5MW solar plant will generate around 65,60,000Kwh to 74,25,000Kwh per annum,” said TSRTC.
