Regular blood donation beneficial to health: ESL Narsimhan

Speaking on the occasion of Blood Donation Camp organised at ‘Samruddhi’ Raj Bhavan staff quarters on Thursday by Red Cross Society, Telangana Chapter in association of with Raj Bhavan, Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan said regular blood donation makes one fit, hale and healthy.

The Governor said blood donation is also important because it helps others who need it in emergency. He said voluntary blood donation



helps in healthy and reliable blood supply.

More than 200 persons donated blood at the camp including Harpreet Singh, Principal Secretary, Arjun Rao, Joint Secretary, Vidyasagar, Liaison Officer, Gourisankar, Press Secretary, security personnel, officers and staff members of Raj Bhavan, at the Blood Donation camp organised, commemorating the World Blood Donors Day
