Minority Finance Corporation MD, Shafiullah's term extended for two years

Telangana government has extended the term of Managing Director, Minority Finance Corporation, B Shafiullah (IFS) for two years. Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao is said to have decided to extend the term of Shafiullah, keeping in view the key role played by him in successfully establishing the minority residential



schools. 

Shafiullah is the secretary of Minority Residential Schools Society under whose banner 206 minority residential schools were established in less than 18 months. Chief Minister advised Shafiullah to focus on Minority Finance Corporation’s performance where several schemes could be launched for poor Muslims.
