KCR reconstitutes TRS State committee

The State committee of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi has been reconstituted with 67 members. Two more members would be added soon.

According to the list announced late on Monday evening, apart from K Chandrashekar Rao who is the president of the party, there would be one Secretary General K Keshav Rao, 20 general secretaries, 33 members as secretaries and 12 assistant secretaries.

Unlike the previous committees, this time 40 members of the committee have been given the responsibility of three Assembly constituencies each for



effective functioning of the party. Soon, it would be decided who would be getting which constituency. The 12 general secretaries would be given the task of supervising 10 constituencies. Remaining general secretaries would be given the responsibilities of party office management, party wings and taking up training programs etc.

Sheri Subhash Reddy has been re-nominated as the political secretary of the party president K Chandrashekar Rao. The T-News MD Santosh has been given the post of general secretary.
