Hyderabad to get more rain mid-week: IMD

Officials from the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) Hyderabad, say that the city will see more rainfall soon.

According to IMD director (in-charge) Dr Y K Reddy , while the monsoon has been comparatively weak over the city, this will change as the week



progresses. 

“There were no rain-bearing clouds over the city in the recent week, but now we are noticing the movement of weather systems from the northern parts of the country towards the southern peninsula. Under this influence, the city will witness more rains,“ he said.
