Hyderabad slum gets smart toilet

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) launched their smart toilet initiative on Monday. Toilets were installed in a slum located near Kondapur. Toilets were installed by

Aparna Group as a part of corporate social responsibility (CSR). The unit cost of each toilet was Rs.7 lakh. Unlike regular toilets the lights inside these washrooms will run on solar energy.
