A two-judge bench of the High Court at Hyderabad, comprising Chief Justice TBN Radhakrishnan and Justice S V Bhatt, on Monday admitted a writ appeal filed by the Telangana government against the order of a single judge who suspended the externment orders issued against Swami Paripoornananda. Hyderabad, Cyberabad and Rachakonda police Commissionerates issued

externment orders against the Swami in July barring him from entering the city for six months under the Telangana Prevention of Anti-Social and Hazardous Activities Act, 1980. The single judge held that no order can be passed without hearing the arguments of Paripoornananda. The bench refused to grant a stay on the orders of the single judge.
