Governor ESL Narsimhan gives nod for Telangana Assembly session

Governor ESL Narasimhan on Wednesday summoned the Telangana Legislative Assembly as well as the Legislative Council to meet for its eighth session on October 27. Both the Houses are scheduled to meet at 10 am on the first day.

A notification was issued to this effect by the State Legislature Secretary Vedantha



Narasimha Charyulu after the Governor gave his nod approving a proposal sent by the Telangana government on Tuesday for convening the session.  The State government has proposed to hold the session for at least 15-20 working days. The Business Advisory Committee (BAC) will meet on October 26 to finalise the schedule.
