India to clash with Ireland in the Women's Hockey World Cup today

India will clash with Ireland in their second group game in London today in the Women's Hockey World Cup. The match will begin at 6:30 PM Indian Time. 

The Indian eves are currently third in the four-team Pool-B, after they drew, 1-1, with hosts England in their opening match on Saturday. 

Ireland is currently at the top, courtesy its 3-1 win over the United States. US and England have played two games



each. England is second ahead of India with 2 draws, while the US is at the bottom with a draw and a defeat.

A win for India today will take them to the top of the group and brighten their chances of sealing a place in the knock-out stage ahead of their final group game against the US on Sunday. If Ireland win, they will book a place in the play-offs today itself.
