India beat South Africa by 8 wickets in the sixth and final One-Day International match at Centurion last night. 

Chasing a target of 205 runs, India made 206 runs for the loss of 2 wickets in the 33rd over. Skipper Virat Kohli scored his 35th ODI century and remain not out.

Earlier put in to bat, South Africa were all-out for 204 in 46.5 overs. For India, Shardul Thakur bagged four wickets.The visitors have won the six-match series by 5-1.

In the women's cricket match,Indian Women have won their second Twenty20 cricket match against South African Eves by nine



wickets. At East London today, after restricting the hosts to a modest score of 142 for seven, India easily overhauled target by making 144 for one in 19.1 overs. 

Mithali Raj remained unbeaten on 76 which came off 61 balls. The opening stand between her and Smiriti Mandhana yielded 106 runs in 14.2 overs. 

Mandhana made 57 in 42 balls. Skipper Harmanpreet Kaur remained not out on 7.Earlier, India opted to bowl after winning the toss.

After today's impressive win, Indian women have taken a 2-nil lead in the five-match T20 series.
