Restaurant owner, father murdered in Nirmal

Nirmal: Some unidentified persons stabbed the proprietor of a restaurant and his father to death in temple town in Basar on Tuesday midnight. The incident came to light on Wednesday.

Basar police said that the deceased were V Rathish (43), owner of Starin Restaurant and his father Gopinath (70), natives of Kerala but settled in the



temple town.

The assailants stabbed Rathish and his father indiscriminately, resulting in instantaneous death of the duo. The culprit fled the spot after killing the two. Cops rushed to the spot and gathered pieces of evidence of the crime.

Police booked a case and  investigations are going on.
