Hyderabad: Unidentified assailants murdered a 28-year-old realtor at an isolated place near Lakdaram Gate near Pantancheru in the early hours of Wednesday. The assailants strangulated the victim to death and then repeatedly stabbed him, police said.

According to the police, the victim Abdul Nadeem Taher’s body was found close to National Highway 65. The assailants first strangulated and then stabbed him with daggers, a police officer said. Police, after being informed by locals, rushed to the spot along with CLUES teams and inspected the crime scene.

According to the police, Nadeem belonged to Bhainsa of Nirmal district. A couple of



days back Nadeem came to know that his brother-in-law was sick and had come along with his parents to visit him in Tolichowki.

On Tuesday night, Nadeem along with his friend had gone to have dinner at a roadside dhaba in Sangareddy district but did not return back, police said. After Nadeem did not respond to calls his father Abdul Qayyum registered a missing complaint with Sangareddy police.

Police have taken two of Nadeem's friends into custody for questioning and registered a case of murder under section 302 of the IPC and shifted the victim’s body to a mortuary
