Gold price falls Rs 544, to trade at Rs 58,861/ ten grams

Gold was trading down yesterday at Multi Commodity Exchange for October contracts. The precious fell 544 rupees, to trade at 58,861 rupees per ten grams. Silver futures for December also slipped 843 rupees, to trade at 72,387 rupees per kilo when reports last came



in.

 

In the global markets, gold was trading down at 1,941 dollars and 20 cents per ounce at the New York Mercantile Exchange. Silver was also trading down at 23 dollars and 45 cents per ounce in the intra-day session.
