The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation inspected 165 restaurants across the city since Monday and penalised 119 for using unstamped meat and lack of cleanliness. A total of 34 hotels were inspected on Tuesday and 18 were imposed with fines to the tune of Rs.1.03 lakh.

United Kitchens of India in Road Number 45, Jubilee Hills, was fined Rs.30,000 for using unstamped meat and unclean



kitchen while Raghavendra Tiffin Centre in Kukatpally was imposed a fine of Rs.20,000 for a dirty kitchen.

Royal Palace hotel at Dwaraka Nagar Colony,Panjagutta, was fined Rs.20,000, Siddhi Restaurants and Banquets in Vayupuri was asked to pay Rs.15,000 fine, 5th Avenue Bakers in Sainikpuri was fined Rs.5,000 and Leo's Food Court, Sainikpuri, penalised Rs.5,000.
