Oil prices falls more than half a percent

Oil prices yesterday fell more than half a percent as a stronger U.S. dollar compounded concerns that demand for fuel will be held back by major central banks keeping interest rates higher for longer than

expected.

In intra-day trade, Brent crude was trading at 92 dollars and 75 cents per barrel. West Texas Intermediate crude price was at 89 dollars and 20 cents per barrel when reports last came in.
